My wife and I were about to embark on our first major construction project. Knowing Erik from our community we decided to pursue his professional services. From the very beginning, when we sat down on our front porch to discuss renovating our kitchen and bathroom, I felt like we were in good hands. I really appreciated Erik’s straightforward, sincere and professional approach of handling the major construction on our first house. Throughout the construction, he was a pleasure to work with and made our lives easier with thoughtfulness, organization, communication and by anticipating instead of just reacting. He also works with an incredibly sound crew of subcontractors. In the end we are thrilled with our new kitchen and bathroom, AND, he came in under budget.
